It’s hard to resist a Monarch anytime. On this day, I was able to get very close before they were spooked. I didn’t have a telephoto with me that day, so I have get right up to the plant that they were hitting on. This one in particular kept circling over my head and then finally set down right in front. Still one of the most majestic insects there is.
