Western View from Pinnacle Mountain State Park

This is one of the large murals that are in the Whit Stephen’s Nature center in Little Rock.  The final size was 11 feet tall by 5.5 feet wide.  This view is one of my favorites from Pinnacle and I try to photograph during all fours seasons.  This photograph was taken from the large rock field where the trail has becomes a big boulder garden.  This was a great late spring day and all the trees were in great form.  I love the way Lake Mamuelle fades into the distant horizon.   This image was taken in 3 parts and then stitched into one photograph.
